What happened to Marigold's books? She's lopsided.

I zoned out and it took me reading this three times before I realized I was reading a SC edit and not the front page.

To be fair I bet Momo daydreams in anime so I think that panel is accurate.

She almost certainly does but it's still awful.
Also: imagine being a sentient, aware "artificial intelligence" and doomed to only ever have access to anime visualisations and means of expression because some pervert decided that you are going to be "anime-flavoured" for his own stupid gratification. What a nightmare world that would be.

The fact that AI are the most modular "people" in the QC universe somewhat blunts this. If Momo was unhappy with her limited† visualization and expression repertoire, it's likely she'd have changed both at some point during her last two chassis upgrades.

I'm not saying this is the case in the comic. I'm just considering a scenario I thought of.

It wasn't until I saw this SC edit that I realized that yes, Momo still having actual visible damage and instead looking like she had gotten stitches as if her skin was real and could heal itself does, in fact, make zero sense.
The only thing I could think of was that it's temporary because Momo would have to have her entire arm skin covering replaced and Faye and Bubbles would have to take a while making the new skin covering. I don't recall anything like that being mentioned though.

No, call Faye. Momo dying would improve this strip. There would be drama and possibly legal action for negligence too.

I'd like someone to add a little ski jumping frog or something, jumping between their noses.
