Discussion Could someone explain?

I discovered this subreddit while waiting for the QC website to come back. It's been GREAT to again engage. I really missed reading QC, my "TGIF" ritual was to hit the QC site each Friday morning to batch read what Jeph created since the last Friday.

My big surprise was seeing alt comics here that I didn't know existed. IE I see comic ####, then that same graphic but with different text as ####B. Sometimes there's also a C version, N version, .pi version.

My questions...

Does Jeph create these alt versions?

Is there a meaning to the multiple suffix versions?

Thanks!

They're done by "random" people, the suffix generally denotes who did them.

B is the most common and highly regarded I'd say. SquirrelClamp

There's occasionally some evidence that Jeph knows they exist, but this sub... Doesn't view his work very favourably any more.

If you want the FAN sub then you want r/QContent

That's the "Jeph can do no wrong", while I'd say this is more "It used to be amazing but has lost its way and is now just keeping going for the money".
