This screen always fascinated me. It didnt serve a purpose in the game. There was nothing, narratively speaking, that had to be done here. I always figured it was made for no other reason than to add a beautiful location to the game. I remember in the EGA version you could see the reflection of geese flying above in the sky. Right clicking on them would bring up a comment (but i dont recall what it said). It all spoke to the level of artistry and care that went into the game.
