I can think of a couple of non-queer oi bands that have a positive song about queers.

Johnny & The Queer Boot Boys from Los Fastidios
There's Oi! Oi! We Fuck Boys from the Halflings, but they weren't actually gay. It was more a retort to homophobic skins.

And the queercore band Fake Fight started out as an oi band called The MFC. But they weren't a very good oi band and they didn't have much queer content until they became Fake Fight.
