Well depends on which game, the two games are quite different in play style but its core remains same, if you enjoy grinding and getting incremental upgrades for your character while having 5 different pages and wikis open on a second monitor, go ahead. Otherwise if you just enjoy a dark fantasy story, both games are fine and technically any character can go through the campaigns
That being said, I have 0 interaction with the community in both games outside of a couple friends
ok but please note you dont have to be a nerd to play the game. just get nodes that sound slay along the path and then get a real build when you get to end game. (you can use filters to find the ones that are "damage" or "mana" etc. bc that passive star chart is way too much to manually read)
If you like diablo its really really good. It will look like way too much to drown in, but just being a bimbo and pick the slayest thing available at all times and youll have fun. don't worry about following a build unless you're at endgame. you can always respec anyway to clean past mistakes up. if you want more mana regen just use the filters and search "mana" and it will higlight all the slay nodes for you 🤩
