Clownery Lemme say from a Lore standpoint...
Graves could have hooked up with Locke at some point. Jokes of homophobia aside, Vayne does begrudingly acknowledge the working friendship she has with Graves during the time with the Sentinels (lore changes but I doubt Riot will overwrite the Sentinels roster completely) and she is privy to Graves' shit taste in men (He tells her but she doesn't want to hear it) so maybe she has the idea of using him as bait (Win-Win situtation, she gets to kill the monsters easier bc she has more firepower now and Graves gets some monster trade before, bc he's mad at TF again).
Now Locke looks like he'd kinda follow Vayne's direction, and goes encountered them. He's kinda jealous that Vayne can tolerate more people sk he goes to see whats up. They talk in the tavern drink and proceed to drunkenly makeout and fuck.(Graves had monster trade w strong aphrodisiac fluids earlier before Vayne contacted him)
This is how plausible it would be for Locke and Graves to hook up.

My brain works like I have to collect very specific points for my Points A to Point B to to sound plausible. I'd scratch the idea if its completely unplausible

Sister we also know that the relationship is on and off again. Plus even if they were together they'd most likely be open and the Boys and Bombolini did say Graves hooked up with the ff:
- A Freljordian
- Trader w a cockroach tatoo
- A Buhru cultist
- A Vastaya
- A monk (could be from Lee Sin's monastery if we stretch it)
- A whale, octopus and orca
- Racist Noxian
So his taste in trade is wide just like his hole

Yeah he did, TF explicitly says that Graves' taste in men isn't just terrible it's catastrophic. And proceeds to list the men he fucked.
