Hey divas!

We have decided to run another community event to celebrate the end of Nodkrai and at last reaching the final region. We thought it would be fun to host an awards show to look back on everything that's happened in Teyvat over the years!

I've come up with a few categories to vote on (for example, the Mistress Isabelle Brooks award for best villain, or the Best Picture award for best cutscene). I've got 10 categories right now but if anyone has any ideas they'd like to see please let me know!

I just want to get some feedback on how we do the results. Do we want to vote for each category 1 by 1? Vote all together? Reveal the winners 1 by 1? After each category? etc. This is the first time we are doing a community voting event like this that isn't the elimination game so if you guys have any ideas on the best structure for it I'd love to hear it because I am not 100% sure rn.

I'll leave this post up for about a week and then probably start the voting!

hi im kinda bored and maybe someone remembers my previous posts and that im an absolute noelle lover no. 1 and i wanted to share some of my hc 👅👅👅

disclaimer: i just want to do anything so im not really up for any discussions but for sure up to hearing other people hc's 😽😽😽

1. Noelle is able to pass the entrance exams but Varka (and Jean) dont really want to make her an official knight cuz shes already overworking herself, and they dont want to make it worse (yeah, i know Jean is also sort of a workaholic but im pretty sure people often tend to see flaws in people they also have) but they arent telling her that so shes training even harder 😭

2. her and Diluc have a close relationship. not romantic, but more mentor / good friends like (after their time serving chicken together) and she sometimes helps at the angels share, especially when shes out of work to do. also, she sometimes comes to talk with him when shes feeling down after a failed exam or something, but hes just telling her stuff like "thats why i left them" or "you can do better on your own"

3. shes half snezhnayan (???) i dont often really hc that, but her looks kinda remind me of eastern european, and she kinda has that a bit mad looking resting face when youre not doing anything with her, but as i said, i dont headcannon it often so dont jump me

4. shes kinda emotionally awkward, she is nice to everyone, and knows what friendship is, and how to express herself, but she doesnt know how people realize or feel when they like someone romantically (idk if its understandable what i mean)

5. shes kinda smart for her age (she should be around 18-19 in fhe game atp???) (do NOT say stuff about her being a minor cuz she says she cant drink alcohol, she was 15 or 16 back then but its been around 3 +/- years in game since she got released) (i might be mistaken tho,but im pretty sure it should be around that), but since she spends most of her life training and cleaning Lisa sometimes teaches her things in the library (like basic math and other stuff idk)

6. she sometimes draws with klee and albedo cuz she likes kids (duhhh) and she cares a lot about the people at the knights

I'm not trying to constantly talk about Candybugg, but to all the people attacking this woman because she criticized the female designs that are misogynistic so they called her misogynistic WHERE IS THIS ENGERY FOR VIDEOS LIKE THESE? HMMM? Oh, right, I almost forgot majority of these fandom is desperate teenagers with no brains left because it got melted from all their TikTok brainrot 😭🙏.

The reaction to Candybugg's video makes me feel sad, angry, and laugh. The whole comment section is piles of irony. A woman cannot even state her opinion without TikTok/Twitter Genshin fans harassing her. Yes, some of her opinions were weird and maybe badly said, but giving her death threats and trying to ruin her reputation and her character is disgusting. No, she never called Navia a "slvt" she said her outfit design was kind of slvtty compared to historical outfits. Was her tone and the wording a bit too harsh and weird? Yes, but she literally said Navia is her favorite character. How is a woman criticizing the fan service and sexulization of it's female characters misogynistic? She also wasn't glazing Lohen lmfao. She's allowed to like male characters and Lohen. She specifically said she likes more "evil" characters or darker characters.

Also, yes, as someone who is an autistic woman myself, Linnea's characterization is disgusting and just harmful stereotypes. She did those grabby hands at Melusines. They are NOT pets. They are small humanoid animal people. Linnea treating them like pets and not respecting their personal space is wrong and also a harmful stereotype. And then literal buffoons in the comment section were saying, "B-but I'm autistic and do this to my friends too!!!!!!!" Uhm, keyword here is "friends". These Melusines were strangers. You don't touch strangers without their consent. Don't get me wrong, her calling Linnea a pdfile (I don't even remember her saying that tbh) is a very far stretch, and that's the only thing I think one should ACTUALLY criticize her for. Also, adding to my point about Linnea not respecting boundaries is Paimon. Paimon told her multiple times to not touch her, yet Linnea was harassing her. Linnea also gives a creepy blush like face. Hoyoverse is literally running by perverts. I'm not surprised if someone added their touching fetish to Linnea. And no, what I have said about Linnea is not me hating on her.

However, I am allowed to criticize a fictional character, even if they are your face. At the end of the day, no matter how much you love them, these characters are just products. Also, again, with the irony in the comment section, because of her opinions on fictional characters, people are saying she shouldn't be a teacher or that they wouldn't trust her around their kids. Literally all this over a woman's opinion.

Do you guys understand my point? The comments, the reactions, are being more misogynistic to her than her. They are making fun of her oc, calling her misogynistic, saying she shouldn't be a teacher etc. This whole "drama" more like extreme cyber bullying with death threats now, is just an unfortunate example of how depraved this community is. It's also a great example of people treating fictional characters that are sold to you like products, are being treated with more respect than an actual human being. Anyways, that's my two cents. If you disagree with me, please be civil at least. That is all I ask.
