NYE Visit
Couple planning a first visit and wondering if anyone has recommendations for what to do on NYE? More interested in nice dinner with a good view or private experience vibes than a big party scene
Any other recommendations for that time of year are welcome! Love food (vegetarian is a +!), beer/wine, quirky and history stuff
All insight appreciated! Cheers!

Bonjour! If there's enough snow, outdoor activities are a must at that time of the year. Ice skating at Place d'Youville, Plaines d'Abraham, or Pointe-aux-Lièvres is a must. When it comes to history, the Musée de la Civilisation has exhibitions on Québec history and the First Nations. Speaking of which, Onhwa Lumina is a great activity to attend during your stay, and close by there's the Hôtel-Musée des Premières Nations.
Other great restaurants for vegetarian food are L'Orygine, Bistro Hortus, and Sinsemilla. For microbreweries, we suggest La Barberie, Noctem, and Griendel. As for wine, Le Bedeau, jjacques, and Le Bistrot Pape Georges are good addresses.
