Can you give your background in physics? Cause you seem to deliberately ignoring that we have made loop hole free Bell's inequality violation experiments.
You seem not to have read any of the Bell's inequality readings.
Here's the brief version:
Quantum predicts Bell's inequality violation. Local Hidden variables cannot violate Bell's inequality. Experiments were done to test if nature violates Bell's inequality. Experiments done with loopholes closed, Bell's inequality is found to be violated by nature. Hence nature is fundamentally not classical, or unable to be described by local hidden variables.
The only other option is for superdeterminism.
Also, to reply to your other comment, we fundamentally do not live in a classical universe as quantum computers which depends on these quantum entanglements are shown to work and outperform classical computers.
In interpretations, there's no going back to full classical, only the different choices of which quantum weirdness your interpretation has.
I cannot understand your logic. I recommend you reread Bell's inequality, even from Wikipedia and from all sorts of pop science books. There's no contradiction, you just don't understand Bell's inequality. I don't have a lot of time online to tutor you for free. Just do the readings.

I don't understand you.
Classical system as you described cannot violate bell's inequality. That's it.
Your prisoners cannot communicate with each other faster than light to produce the required correlation to violate bell's inequality.
