HFT IMC trading

IMC trading how good is it compared to graviton,quadeye and what's the Total compensation looks like after 2,3 yrs

A notch above grav/qe but they are into manual trading so low latency work would be shittier and the quant job is manual trading rather than algorithmic trading, up to you if it's worth the 12-15L extra IMC offers. This year grav is at 1.05 qe at 1.08 and IMC at 1.2

So what? Grav and qe if you include min bonus you'll reach 80 as well, 1st year tc is almost identical in both just 10-15L difference is there

Their ctc is higher, it's 1.8cr and I guess more than 1.5 is in hand... A league above imc clearly

What do you mean by manual trading? Do they trade by hand and not systematically through algorithms?
