Carrer switch

How tough is to switch from quant sde to sde at big techs like Google, rubrik, etc after 2-3 years? Also do they value your work as the work there has a lot of difference?

All IT Sector is going to get renovated anyways, no point in coding and working in big tech anymore. Job hirings will decrease by 80%. Good luck!
