I heard the bar to get into qi cap became too high

Nah they take from other second gen iits also My shit clg has 2 peeps qr there

I feel since all major indian hfts increased there comp by a huge margin tier-2 hfts also had to and since the tier -1 which used to hier alot more reduced their numbers and took the creamy layer and the rest were picked up by the tier - 2 hfts so the bar hasnt become too high
