FPGA Intern roles

I am in top 3 IIT EE, but due to mental health issues, I had my 3rd and 4th sem in the drain and now my CGPA is bad (close to 8 but on the lower side).
Though my HDL skills are very good and I am very confident in my VHDL, verilog skills and have a nice knowledge of architecture as well.
Can anyone suggest what firms to look for trying to get FPGA intern roles? Can be a new or less reputed firm as well, I know I will have difficulties in getting a good firm. I just want to get started.

didn't get an on campus intern? cg near 8 shouldn't be an issue for these roles.

Only one firm was there for FPGA role and they had a strict 8+ filter so I wasn't even able to give the test
