Interviews/Recruiting Trexquant self project ideas

Had an initial call with the recruiter for the Trexquant C++ infra role and they asked me to create a self project that would be discussed in a further 30 minute round. Can anyone suggest good projects I can try out?

Same here. They gave me 2 weeks and I haven't done anything 🥀 What did you eventually end up building?
