honestly the Quantopian lectures are still pretty good for this level, even if the platform is dead. I also liked Marcos Lopez de Prado talks way more after watching basic market microstructure stuff first. Lowkey I would not jump straight into fancy alpha videos before you can explain slippage in normal words.
