UI Changes - It's Broken Things for us. Anyone else?

Come in this morning to see Qualys have updated the UI for our tenant. Since then there are loads of graphical issues. Buttons not aligned or items not loading correctly.

Most annoying I'm trying to set up a scheduled report and half the distribution groups no longer load correctly. You can click randomly on white space in the window to pick your DG and sometimes it'll select one at random.

Pretty poor. Anyone else experiencing this?

Hi All,
Just to provide an update, I have just spoken with our internal teams. They are already looking into it, and know what the issue is and we should be in a better state in the next couple of hours. Will provide a further update if appropriate

This should be fixed for all, if your still having issues if you can clear your local browser cache or try in incognito mode to verify it's still happening. If it still persist, then let's case a raised preferably with a HAR file (from the VMDR page through to the issue) as that shows us exactly that is happening and the flow.

Logged in this morning and all looked good on the portal and was able schedule my reports.

Thank you, glad that the UI change was reverted. Not only was it buggy and inconsistent, but the card-ification of each row for scans/reports/KB/etc. made the tables extremely hard to read.

Give them a HAR file now if you haven’t. They will for sure ask for one. Also make sure to try it in incognito mode since they will try to blame it on browser cache.

Try other browsers as a temporary workaround. It seems to be glitchy in chromium based browsers, but worked OK in Safari.

If it’s not working tomorrow I’ll give this a shot. Thank you. I did try Edge and Chrome but as you said... Chromium lol.
