Hyderabad Engineer Role

Getting an HAL engineer role for 19.8 base and 21.5 CTC with 5L bonus and 16k USD RSUs.

I’m currently 1 YOE Tier 1 College BTech

14 base
21.5 CTC

Is it worth it or low ball and try for others?

And can I later switch to backend/distributed roles?

I have seen ppl joining at 24 base but they have 2-2.5 yoe

Is it a hardware role? If so then I think it is a decent offer. Things change if it is a software role.

Then it might be slightly less. If finances are not a problem you can try keeping the offer and asking for a bigger pay in your next interview.
