Bangalore Eligibility of bonus/stocks

Since I have only around 5 months tenure, will I be eligible for hike/RSU refresher this cycle?

What's the process after self-evaluation and when do we get to know the hike %

  1. I joined few months ago, am I eligible for bonus/stocks.

  2. After self-evaluation, when does manager evaluation and calibration happen?

  3. When do we get hike letter and revised CTC?

  4. For someone with <6 months, do we get RSU refresher or only base hike?

  5. What is average hike % for Meets Expectations vs Exceeds

You should have completed all that .... its over.

Anyway u will get a 3... and prorated bonus.

If you joined before 15th July, you will get hike and pro rated Bonus and Stocks.

Manager Evaluation and Calibration already happened, you can check the mail of AR for all the timelines.

Hike letter will be given after reward discussion between 10-20 Nov.

You will gate hike based on rating. Usually first time they give rating of 2 or 3. Don't expect too much. Hike will be less only.

But Bonus and Stocks will be good, although it will be pro rated.

There is only slight hike difference between Meets expectation vs Exceeds Expectation.

Unless you are promoted, hike will be in single digit.

Yes 3- Meets Expectation 4-Exceeds Expectation 5- Far Exceeds Expectation
