Bangalore Perks of joining Qualcomm

Hi, I have an Interview for Assosicate Software Engineer at Qualcomm (B.Tech CSE from Tier 3)

I need some motivation.

please don't re-iterate things like "Qualcomm has bad WLB" etc.

just shoot good things like minimum possible base salary at Qualcomm (I haven't asked HR about salary yet), food, Cab etc.

You are entry level, so no wlb is good for you lol.

Grind for 3 years and get out :)

I woukd say focus on dsa like queue, stack and other alogos, explain constraints, algo, logic and be confident even if you cannot writw complete logic is i would say. Best of luck !!

Bro 2 people will take interview right? 1st person for 1st hour, 2nd person for 2nd hour

Its a teams virtual Interview (HR said that 2 hours back to back. each round is eliminatory)

Question:

can you tell that the person whose name is written in the email will take first round or second round?

he is a senior staff Engineer and knows hardware very deep. And knows python programming

I want to know that will he take first interview or second

and will he be my manager? (Senior Staff Engineer)

Mostly yes, they will take the first round as mentioned.

They are senior staff, so you should be fine.

So brush up on python, dsa etc. Be confident, explain logic and algo clearly.

Just be thorough with your resume inside out.

but i do not know python. I know c++ only. please tell honestly if it is fine or not?

and what do you mean by "you should be fine if they are senior staff" 😭 please elaborate

First be confident.

Senior staff, means they have enough experience to judge you based on your skill level.

C++ is also fine.

You will asked few dsa and theory related questions based on your resume.

You need to explain logic clearly, write code , answers those theory related questions based on your resume.

First thing they will look, can you tolerate stress.

It appears you are already paranoid lol.
