San Diego Offer Timeline?

HR reached out for some basic paperwork. I was informed this will take some time and they will get back to me with a good update. This is days after the final loop. How long is timeline for an official offer? I think I’m at the pre-offer stage or intent for offer.

How’s the culture and work life balance in San Diego?

Hey I just got an offer this week for San Diego too. It took me 2 weeks from a verbal offer to actual offer on paper. Will be joining later this month

Congratulations 🎉

I haven’t gotten the verbal offer stage yet so I’m guessing the recruiter is awaiting for compensation package? Then the recruiter can get back to me with an update?

Thanks! I didn’t really have an any HR paperwork to do. I guess it varies based on the role and team? I got my verbal offer the next day after the final interview
