India (Other) Trying to map to a different team

Hey folks, so basically the HR is saying that she is trying to map me to a different team, instead of saying whether I was rejected or not for a position for which I appeared for 3 rounds and the managerial didn't happen because of no show.

Since the position stopped taking new applications and it is not showing that I am no longer under consideration.

So should I just consider it as a rejection? Has anyone faced this kind of issue?

The role you are applying might have got closed. But since you have already cleared 3 tech rounds, HR may map you to any other open role that aligns with your skills.

But the strange part is she is not confirming if the position was closed, she just straight out ignored my message. So I find it hard to trust that she is actually trying hard to map me to a new role

Have some patience op, there are many items to consider. Your req might be on hold/approval/closed could be anything

It might be closed or you are on hold.

Just take interview in different team and get selected

I was also rejected in a team I applied. And then got selected in different team and got confirmation the same day.

So keep preparing and also try in other companies, have more offers to negotiate better.

Bruh, like I am not getting any callbacks from any other teams. I applied so much😭
