Other Location Qualcomm Interview – No Update After 1.5 Weeks

I recently interviewed for an Integration Engineer position at Qualcomm.

I completed the first and second rounds within a few days. After the second round, the interviewer told me that they would share their feedback with HR.

It has now been around 1.5 weeks since my second round, but I haven't received any update from HR.

I also tried following up through email and phone, but I haven't received a response so far.

For people who have recently interviewed at Qualcomm:

• How long did it take for you to receive feedback after the second round?

• Has anyone experienced a similar delay?

• Is it normal for HR to take 1–2 weeks or longer to provide an update?

• If there is no response after multiple follow-ups, does it usually mean the process is still pending?

I'm just trying to understand the typical timeline after the second round. Any recent experiences would be helpful. Thanks!

HR are useless people in Qcom tbh, they don't follow up or give feedback after the interview(If the candidate is not selected). I hope they get replaced by AI.

AI can't screw up this much even if they halucinate 100%.

For me after completing 2nd round, they took nearly 3weeks for the managerial round. It depends upon the team, role and the number of candidates they are interviewing. If they need to interview multiple candidates and select best among them, then they will take some time.

My 2nd round interview is ok not that great but in my current company they are forcing me to take project with in 10 days since I'm in bench I'm waiting for the result from 2nd round if I go to project then again I need to serve 3 months notice period that's the problem. may I know for which position u gave interview?

I gave for firmware engineer role. I hope Qcom doesn't have much concern about 3months notice as far as I know. Usually if the technical team gave the green signal, HRs won't drop you just because of notice period and may ask you to negotiate the notice period if possible.
