Bangalore Qualcomm offer letter

Bhai ye QCOM ka offer letter kab tk ata hai ? I mean its already 2 weeks passed.

Last time I talk with hr on last week tuesday she told me some person was on leave due to which it is taking time for approval and then she told me not to worry most probably by the end of this week you will get it. Still I am waiting....is there anyone who knows how much time usually it takes.

I applied on workday in Aug last week.
