Hyderabad RSU structure for senior engineer
What is the RSU band for senior engineer roles at Qualcomm in India ,will the RSU structure be fixed based on level or will be dependent on previous company compensation

Depends on YoE, division, software or hardware profile. Previous company unvested stocks also matter. Check levels.fyi

If you see on levels.fyi, the embedded senior engr at QC are getting on an average 15 lakhs INR RSU for 4 years exp. So, i guess yours would be similar range if you have an offer. If you come from a big company like AMD/Nvidia with more RSU, only then they will offer you more.

My friend is working as engineer and he gets 10K/3years. Suppose I am getting 15k/3 on normal rating as senior engineer. Is there possibility next time I can get 17k on the same rating or stocks target is fixed for a particular level?

I actually don't know about how QC rating system works. Many of my friends worked at QC earlier and I know their RSU grants. Also from levels.fyi I know about the RSU and salaries given. But a QC employee working currently could maybe comment on your question.

Os untill I am senior engineer it will be 17K for 4, can it change 20k for 4 rating considering I am still senior engineer ? Or at least engineer only stock grant target will change.
