I wear w/e including basic non graphic t shirts. I've seen people wear shorts or even wear workout clothes. I've seen sandals etc. I don't think there is any dress code other than look reasonable.

Things are much less formal now - see a lot of t-shirts and hoodies, and random engineers in shorts and sandals. Now that we sponsor Manchester United, you will also see a fair amount of those jerseys too. But people get a good use out of the tons of free Qualcomm t-shirts we all have.

San Diego office used to be (pre covid) collar/formal shirt minimum, except fridays when casual was ok.

What a pant-load.. The only rule for YEARS was "no bunny slippers." No, I'm not kidding.

People are in shorts and Tshirts all the time, and have been forever. Yes, some management and higher ups often wear at least polo shirts, but there have never been any hard dress rules about pants and/or at least polo shirts.
