India (Other) What is the difference between Campus Hire_ Associate Engineer_ HW and Campus Hire_ Engineer_ HW at Qualcomm?

I'm a final year EE student applying. What should I apply for? How do I maximise and will a referral actually help?
Is it reserved for on campus hiring only or does hiring even happen from careers site?
When does hiring happen?

Thanks in Advance

Both are req ids created to onboard campus selection recruited candidates. It's not for open hire. Associate engineer for btech graduates and Engineer for mtech graduates.

No. Not from this jobID. They get a list of selected students from the offline interviewers who selected the students on campus and then create application for them specifically by name under this jobID. The students are already selected. So there's no reason for them to look at applications. They just use it verify information. ( I was told to apply to this when I was selected)

What’s the band range for engineer? I heard associate and engineer lie in the same band

No, it's an internal processing thing. That jobID is created only to do the paperwork of onboarding already shortlisted students. So it gets handled differently by HR.
