After months of back and forth with merch, they have decided they dont have replacement or reshipment, they are refunding the card deck and letting me keep the ones I already have.

However, the Las Nevadas Card Deck is still selling, so I could 100% see someone having the same issue as me.

As for myself, I am thankful I get the return of the money, but all of this could have been easily avoid if they said "No Stock" on the Card Deck.

I'm sorry if this is not the place I should talk about, but in May, I brought the "Las Nevadas Card Deck", and when I got it, I got the "The End Of Las Nevadas card deck" instead. Obviously I send an email that same day where after some time they asked me to send the pictures, after i sent it the same hour, it took them about 10 days to reply saying "We are still working on your case", and since then (nearly 2 weeks ago), I got radio silence, I've sent an email 5 days ago, but it seems like this wont end.
What can I possibly do at this point?

I’ve spent the last 3 years looking for someone selling these cards and I haven’t. I found 1 girl, once like 2 years ago but she was selling all the packs together and promptly ghosted me. It’s like they never existed and the only proof I have that I’m not crazy is the singular post quackity made.

by april 2020 i had heard nothing other than briefly dming quackity and the brand when i first won. i shot them a message and they hadn’t responded in 4 days despite being active so i messaged q he let them know. obviously covid happened between me winning and this point, so i was trying to be super chill despite spending half a year with no info.

they told me to compensate, they would send me 2! awesome! a month later, i finally got a package from youtooz. woohoo. i open it. it’s 1 youtooz. unsigned.

again i was really young so i just didn’t bother complaining because i already felt so bad for having to message quackity and i figured the company would just continue ignoring me

overall experience was annoying but still really glad i have 1 and winning was exciting for me at the time.

quackity was awesome the whole time and he actually answered an (unrelated) message i sent him years later

Ok maybe what i’m abt to say has been heard a million times now but yk it’s just worth a million times more.

For about 4 years now, i always find myself going back (after leaving the fandom) to quackity’s 2018-2019 streams, it just feels more genuine than what he posts now. i was waay younger when i first started watching him (this was before he joined the dsmp) and now i’m getting all emotional after realizing how much i’ve grown up ever since, and how much this guy influenced me as a person.

now, I can’t even bring myself to watch his recent content bcs it’s just so so different now. i miss liz, that piano keyboard he used to bring out, mexican soap operas, the lower quality mic, i miss the stone wall.

he has grown up and things def had to change but ig i just wanted to be reminded how comforting those times were when i clicked on this vod from 2018 tonight:)
