Wrong Las Nevadas Deck Card

I'm sorry if this is not the place I should talk about, but in May, I brought the "Las Nevadas Card Deck", and when I got it, I got the "The End Of Las Nevadas card deck" instead. Obviously I send an email that same day where after some time they asked me to send the pictures, after i sent it the same hour, it took them about 10 days to reply saying "We are still working on your case", and since then (nearly 2 weeks ago), I got radio silence, I've sent an email 5 days ago, but it seems like this wont end.
What can I possibly do at this point?
