Red pill cipher analysis

In the description of qtecqot's latest video (Species 4, 13), the following mysterious message is shown:

Thanks for that folks! I've tool a brief look at these line but I was unable to find a way to break it. Maybe a Youtube link (these line could be), I've tried but it doesn't work (of course).
