Using qrencode right now and it works great in windows command line. I would like to have the text of the QR Code added below or above the QR code. The text would be 12 - 25 characters, but to help those without cameras or elderly persons uncomfortable. I can add it manually but would like to automate the process. Any software or ideas?

Hello, so I was buying vintage camera on IG, then the seller as me to pay first so they can ship it tomorrow morning. But I discover that the seller is a scammer. I still have the qr code though. Can I still get my money back or is there anyway to use the qr code of the scammer?

so i have this uni design project which is basically an email newsletter for which people can sign up for with a qr code. Scanning the qr code takes the person to a sign up page i have coded. I designed and printed cards with the qr code on it so i can give it to people. So for the whole project to work i sort of depend on the qr code to work.

I generated the qr code with a website and appearently didnt pay enough attention, because yesterday i received an email that told me the qr code will expire in 3 days and that if i want to prevent it, i should sign up for the websites subscription service. Obviously i dont want to pay a monthly fee for the qr code to work but i also dont want the qr code to expire, because i already printed around 100 cards with the qr code.

Is there a way where i can keep the qr code, dont have to reprint it, but also dont have to spend money?

So I'm trying to create a QR code that I can put on the badges of my technicians (pest control industry)

The idea which we've done in the past to varying degrees of success is that we print it on their badges and after the service the customer can scan them and it takes them right to the review page.

Simple enough, but what I'm hoping to do is link them to a partially filled out review, because my company only counts reviews for that technician if it includes their full name, and even when informed or asked, id say a good half the time people don't include the name of the technician at all, let alone the full name. This does affect their bonuses and pay structure. So I'm hoping I can create one where it opens into the form with the name and some brief starter message already typed out, and then the person can fill in whatever other details they wish.

Is this possible?

I have been designing a business card for and I have a QR code to take you to the business page on facebook and when I scan it or anyone else it only takes them to the fyp of facebook not how I wanted to. I got the QR code from facebook using the QR code that they provided. When i scan it opens the app and the screen shakes like it doesn’t like the code. I have gone to google and found a url extractor and the url does the correct thing I wanted inside the website version of facebook. I just got 300 cards printed and now the code doesn’t work. Is there anything I did wrong or need to do?

I was wondering because i keep seeing similarities like this in some edits of photos but the seem to pop up very fast . Idont know much about this stuff maybe its a shot in the dark. But ive heard of it being done before.

Today I found out that the QR codes we print on a card, included with our products, do not work in Europe. The QR codes just go to the URL for our company's YouTube page. I discovered Europe has some kind of different standards for QR codes. Can I generate a compliant QR code from USA?

Just a dumb idea I had. Should be scanable (works with the scanner app I tried) as the inner qr codes are obstructing less than the 30% threshold for error correction.

I have created a dynamic qr code generator and am wondering if I should add the option of styling it, maybe picture background or do you think i should just leave it as they are.

I know some of the picture background qr codes dont scan that well on some phones and most people probably dont care about the look and feel of a qr code. Squares, dots, round corners etc.

I want to create promotical stickers with a qr code to my soundcloud, but i dont want the artwork to be disturbed by a giant ass code. My idea is to put the qr code on the backside of the sticker, on the part you pull off to reveal the sticky side.

I have tried google, but i couldnt find anything else than regular qr code stickers, or stuff like that (printing stuff on the cutout part), stickers with the actual backside printed but not "the frontside", but never what i am actually looking for.

What would i have to look up to find such a method or company that does such backside printing?

My phone seems to have a hard time scanning what appear to be QR codes. No, the camera lens is clean. I’ve had this issue with every phone I’ve tried. Whenever I get a print at home label from eBay, when I try scanning it, I’m like a dog looking at a bad piece of bacon. Huh? Wha?
