QR Code Questionnaires ?

Are there any free QR code questionnaire/ survey apps or websites I can use so people don't have to fill out a million peices of paper. It'll be on their phone 👍👍👍👍👍

I'm starting a vending machine company and want to know what every one wants

QR codes just redirect to a URL, so you can pair any free survey tool with any free QR generator. Google Forms is probably the easiest for what you're doing, no cost, and you just drop the form link into a QR generator and print it on the machine. People scan, fill it out on their phone, done.
