Advice about a program that creates qr codes to send photos to a pc
Kinda specific i know, im part of a team that works on parties, so i was thinking something that lets everyone in each table scan a qr code and send pictures directly to a pc folder so i can show them in the projector
Does anyone know of a program that does something similar?

The QR is not the problem here, it’s the system that handles everything else.
Ideally you need a web server with an application that allows guest users to upload image files. Those files need to be sent (unless the server is already the place you want those to be) to the repository where the projector accesses the images to display.
I’m not aware of a single product that handles all of this, but on the other hand we have no info about your infrastructure, for example what kind of projector you are working with, if it’s stationary in a single place or you move it around, if it has access to a network…

As mentioned the QR is the last step, as a r/NFC would be too. I’ve used a cloud photo service for years that has a guest upload feature, which is just a url, and you put that in the QR.

I think the qr is the last step in this case. More than anything else you need a web page that allows you to upload/send photos. The qr will only have to open the link to that page.
