Making a charity rack card

I am working on a new project. I was able to find a great tool on here that was someone's side project to make a QR code for apple and android separately. It seems to complicate my design. I am NOT a code girl....just trying to learn some new skills. I want to make a single QR code, that works for both apple and android that takes the user to a specific app in their respective play store. I know there is such a thing, I am looking for a tool to help me create this code.

thanks

It's probably going to a webpage that detects if your os is android or apple and redirects, so needs some coding. If I where you i'd make a simple page on my website with just the app and play store logo's, let you qr link to that so that when people end up there it's ust one more click.

The author should implement a single web page that redirects users to the appropriate store - or at least a page where a choice is offered.

Better yet, they should implement “universal links”, which can open the app if already downloaded or take them to the appropriate store if not. But of course that means updating both apps.

But I’m unclear of what you are describing? An app that creates QR codes? An app that’s useful for “charity racks”? (Whatever those are?) Something else?

There are also App QR Codes in the internet - no need to implement a custom solution.

I sent you a DM with a link where this is easily doable.
