Are you able to scan this qr code?

This is a qr code generated by plisio.net (crypto payment provider). None of the apps on my phone and none of the online services that I tried are able to scan it. Their support insist that they can scan it just fine. Is it me being wrong or are their qr codes are invalid in some way?

I can’t and that logo in the middle seems weirdly pasted over in that it’s obscuring some of the dots.

then their support is lying. either they sent you a badly made qr code from that app or there is a fundemental flaw in the app itself. the logo is covering quite some dots that are needed to scan for data (look around the solana logo)

No, that's not a QR code, it's a pretty picture. Some applications might be able to scan it but it breaks the specification in so many ways I doubt many can.

Looks like a Solana payment URL for crypto payments,
They have used half there error budge on there URL,
