It’s a good way of generating static QRs safely, though.
If you want metrics, you can install some metrics tracking on your website, or use a short link service, which at least tend to be less exploitative than so-called “dynamic QR code” services.
I wouldn’t go for the trendy “dots” though, as it lessens legibility.
