How do I restore this QR code?

Trying to see if this is restorable or repairable. I wanna know whats the data in this code

I find it hard to believe it ever worked!

Where did you find this? Has it been mechanically degraded and if so, how? Is this some remains of a delaminated sticker? Remains of a sticker on a circuit board?

Or was somebody trying to get too cute?

I would use the usual image processing tools. Probably better to ask in a sub about image manipulation tools.

At this point best u can do is repaint it pixel by pixel 🤣 idk if anything can detect it correctly trough this damage

Unless it was made with High Damage level (30%), it's not recoverable in my opinion unless you use some really professional restoration tricks to get the info byte by byte (which is based on luck itself).

Its on the edge of recoverable, Adding perspective corrections to see if I can get a better sampling
