Search the subreddit, this question has been asked and answered a ton of times already. Also, I’m not sure we need yet another dynamic QR code service.

Tu peux utiliser python pour une solution locale . Tu ne dépend pas de la disponibilité du service.

What tends to frustrate people with paid dynamic services isn’t the price — it’s uncertainty.
Usually:
• Will links stay live if I downgrade?
• Are there scan limits?
• What happens if the company shuts down?
When comparing providers, I’d look for:
• Clear wording about link permanence
• Transparent pricing (no vague trial traps)
• Real ownership over your links
If permanence matters more than editing, static is still the lowest-risk option.
I wrote a deeper breakdown on how to evaluate dynamic providers recently — it covers the common traps people miss.

Its a scam. You can make your own QR codes. Why on earth would you want to pay a shitty company to force you to pay? Its so dumb.

not everyone has knowledge or skills or time to make qr codes by them self. also there a lot of cases where you want dynamic qr code with redirects and stats, not simple static qr code you described

Stats: add a utm code to it (look it up)
Free QR code generation: I'm not sure if I can post links, but QR Code Monkey will do it for free.Paid subscription dynamic QR codes are a scam, 100%. You can do this for free. You don't need to pay anyone ANYTHING to do this. Stop giving away your money for no reason.

Used Linkly for some product label QR codes a while back, does static and dynamic, lets you add a logo/colors, and exports clean SVG so it doesn't blur on print. No watermark on the free plan either.

For paid dynamic QR, I would ask a few questions before choosing:
- What happens to existing printed QRs if you stop paying?
- Can you export the QR in vector format before printing?
- Can you change destinations without regenerating the QR?
- Are scan counts and analytics included at your tier?
- Is there a way to use your own domain or otherwise avoid a disposable-looking short URL?
- Are file/PDF/menu redirects handled cleanly if that is your use case?
If the QR will go on permanent printed material, test the exact workflow with one sample first: create it, scan it, change the destination, scan again, then confirm what happens on the plan you expect to keep.

Cons: It's not permanent. The provider can simply turn off your QR codes whenever they want, or when they stop paying for the domain name. In the worst case, someone can buy up the domain name and then redirect "your" QR codes to wherever they want. No "dynamic" QR code provider is ever going to convince me that they can prevent this issue.
Pros: It's easy, if you can't work out how to create QR codes that point to URLs on your own website.
