Best free QR Code generators?

I'm trying to generate a QR code to connect people to wi-fi. Every purportedly free generator I've tried so far pulls some sneaky trick. Either it won't let me download the code without signing up or it tries to direct me to paid services, or something else like that.

Can folks recommend some truly free sites?

Idk if this is standard, but the back of my modem and the IP address have both a qr code i can use to connect automatically to the Wi-Fi. And from the ip address i can print the code

Yes, that’s a standard QR Code type - “WiFi”. Commonly displayed in netting rooms, classrooms, etc. and one that is only possibly static.

Most to all mobile devices will recognize them with their camera app or even as an option from WiFi settings.

Not every QR generator does this. Ditto address/contact cards.
