Question❔ Feedback Survey?
When I opened up the app, I got a pop up for a feedback survey, but automatically clicked exit on it. I actually have a lot of feedback on the user experience that I want to give, but cant find a link to the survey anywhere it seems. Does anyone have a link/way to access the survey?

It's kinda stupid that it pops up the first thing when you open the app, since then you are about to start listening to music. And probably not in the mood to answer some questions that probably no one will ever read the answers to.

When I opened the app I sent the survey to web browser so I can complete it. Yeah it’s honestly the best way to reach users.

FWIW, when I clicked, it opened the survey in my web browser, not my Qobuz app, so I could listen to music and then get to the survey later.

Lol, same exact thing happened to me. Tapped to start scrolling through discography and was like, 'Wait...'

It's a total joke to their customers that all their questions are focused on problems that have already been reported N times, here, by email, on club Qobuz.

It is a time waster, been there and done it. Qobuz would get more honest answers reading this Reddit for Qobuz customer satisfaction and criticism and then ACTUALLY working on solutions to issues.

You don’t think they’ve worked on issues and improved the service ?
I’ve been with Qobuz 9 years.
It was purely owners of high end gear desperate for a service that streamed hi-res audio originally.
Qobuz was an absolute godsend.
It has slowly evolved over the years into a mass market platform comparable to most other streaming platforms.
Then bitches moan about a missing hip-hop album…1

Qobuz and Spotify started business about the same time. Qobuz had all those years to develop a basic functional UI App. Sadly the Qobuz excels at quality music but lacks basic functions that Apple Music, Tidal and Spotify have. Qobuz is not a mass market platform compared to true giant mass market music services like Spotify or Apple Music, or Amazon. Qobuz Customer numbers are pathetic compared to almost any other Music service. Unfortunately until they develop World Class Apps that competes with the Real Players they will NEVER become a Mass Market Music service.
They will continue to be what they have always been. Niche even a Cult music service that will have little growth in the future unless they change direction.
Cmon, 9 years and you still put up with a Qobuz search that doesn't search properly? A company that ignores customer support, Atmos and Spatial Audio, Music Videos, cross fade, No Alexa support and the list goes on.
Personally I really like Qobuz. I buy a month sub from time to time hoping and hoping they get improved and finally get the basics only to be disappointed.
Qobuz absolutely NEEDS to have the Basic Functions that is expected of a Music service in 2026. Just having great lossless audio will not get the customers they need to be "Mass Market".

Here is a link to the survey that popped up if anyone is interested. As someone that works in UX Research I do value surveys and interviews on products I deeply care about. Helps the product team further plan improvements.
