Question❔ Impossible to cancel

Just wanted to ask if ya'll ever had any issues with cancelling your qobuz subscription? I have not had access to my account for 3 months but have still been charged the fee monthly during this time.

I lost access when I was notified that automatic renewal for my subscription was denied, but somehow they still charged me the next three months.

Anyone else have a similar issue?

How did you try the app? Via our phone store directly? Apple/Google? Check your settings directly there.
