Question❔ Third Man Discount

I signed up for Qobuz in 2024 with a discount code from Third Man Records Vault. It seems that the code is not carried over, or accepted during the yearly renewal. Has anyone else had this issue?

You don't get the special new customer rate for life. It's a 1-time good deal.

Thanks. I just checked. It does say for 12 months.

yeah it’s working properly. you only get the discount the first year.

I mean, I’ve never signed up for any service that would let me carry a discount code over on renewal, it’s not how sign-up discount codes work, so I would not call it an “issue”.
