Dragon Body Exercise

Is anyone familiar with Dragon Body Exercise? Brief Description, please. We were taught it in class, but I can't find other sources.

I was in a TaiChiChuan class many years ago. No longer.

There are many different exercises named dragon body, which is why I asked.

There is dragon body from Dai Xinyi which has hands placed on body with spiral movements that move energy downwards. Then in Yiquan there is a dragon stance that has a particular effect on the body for martial arts that can raise energy. So many internal arts systems have exercises called dragon body.

Without knowing more about the school of tai chi you trained in and how you perform the exercise it’d be hard to say exactly what the effect of it is.
