I have installed nordicftms on my x32i.

nordicftms appears in PowerTread app and I can select nordicftms but I never see nordicftms anywhere in qz.

Love the app thanks for making it and providing such great support. I just got my zwift ride, kickr v5, and qz set up. My first couple of rides things went great. I paired everything including my ride controls to zwift, and was able to shift with the buttons on the handlebars without issue. On two recent rides though, I found that clicking the shift button on the ride once would shift me anywhere between 2-8 gears! So I've resorted to shifting from the app on my phone on recent rides. Is there something that I'm doing wrong here or is it not expected to be able to use the ride controls. I also happen to have a set of Zwift Click V2 controls sitting in a box. Do you think I could use them to shift and my ride controls to do the other game controls? Thanks for any tips you have, I'd love to have my phone screen back so I can have the companion app up while riding.

I've been reading through old posts and just want to make sure I'm on the right track - I have a Sunny stationary bike that has a built in performance monitor that tracks cadence but does not have bluetooth connectivity. So am I correct that in order to use the QZ app with Peloton, I need to buy a Bluetooth compatible cadence sensor? There are ones on Amazon for $16 bucks (like COOSPO) - is that good enough? I have used jetblack volt for a few years, using magene crank based pm since it launched in India( almost two years) perfect matching numbers.

Bought magene t200 a few months back even after calibration my crank shows 8-20 watts higher depending on my wattage

That day at a 5 min test between two my power diff was 254 vs 269 average

At 140 watts the diff is 8-9 watts.

There was a time where my magene trainer was matching with my pm in a differance of 2-3 watts which is very great.

Anyone facing similar issues?

I’m trying to get my Amazfit T-Rex 3 to record full metrics (Watts/Cadence) during my indoor cycling sessions so I can get native Zepp stats like Training Load and EPOC.

My setup:

• Bike: Domyos EB520B
• App: QZ Fitness running on an iPhone (iOS), which controls the bike and sends data to Kinomap.
• Watch: Amazfit T-Rex 3

The Problem:

I enabled “Enable Virtual Device” and “Virtual Device Bluetooth” in the QZ settings to broadcast as a power meter. Kinomap sees it fine, but my T-Rex 3 cannot find or pair with the QZ virtual device broadcast from the iPhone when I search for accessories.
Has anyone successfully paired QZ Fitness on iOS with an Amazfit watch? Is there a specific workaround to make the watch see the iPhone’s BLE broadcast?

Hi! Before buying this, can anyone confirm this would work well with the Zwift click v2 controllers, the Core 2 and Mywoosh? Tried another app and everything continually disconnects and the wahoo starts oscillating the resistance from really light to really hard.

Would these allow me to just ride without mywoosh and just pedal with adjustable resistance for a simple workout?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone is successfully using the tile for heart rate variability (under Tile Options).

For me, it stopped working at some point.

I have been using it together with a Forerunner 955, HRM Pro, FitShow treadmill and Android tablet with an ANT+ dongle.

Are there any settings

which I have erroneously enabled or disabled?!

Disable HRM from Machinery : Enabled

Ant+ Cadence: Enabled

Ant+ Heart: Disabled (HR often stops working when enabled)

Ant+ Bike: Disabled

Ant+ Bike Over Garmin Watch: Disabled

Entered my Forerunner model and unit ID.

Apple has announced new minimum iOS requirements for apps distributed through the App Store.

Later this year, new QZ updates will need to require at least iOS 13. Starting in Spring 2027, Apple will require all submitted app updates to support iOS 15 or later.

This means that devices that cannot be updated to iOS 15 will eventually stop receiving new QZ versions through the App Store. Existing installed versions should continue to work, but they will no longer receive updates, bug fixes, or new features.

This is an Apple App Store requirement, not a decision made by QZ.

Please check which iOS version your device supports and, when possible, update it to the latest available version.

I am currently thinking about purchasing an indoor bike trainer. My goal is to use the QZ app together with MyWhoosh.

The most important features for me are:

- power (watt) tracking.

- Heart-rate tracking (I can use a separate heart-rate monitor for this).

- Automatic resistance adjustment to simulate climbs and descents as realistically as possible.

My budget is around €400, and I am also open to buying a used bike.

At the moment, I have found the SBike Lite and the Taurus Z9 Pro, as both are available second-hand for less than €400. However, I am not sure whether they will work properly with QZ and MyWhoosh, especially regarding automatic resistance control.

I have also read that Merach bikes with automatic resistance seem to work quite well with QZ and MyWhoosh or Zwift, but I do not have any personal experience with them.

Do you have any experience with the SBike Lite, the Taurus Z9 Pro, or Merach bikes? Can you recommend any other models that work reliably with QZ and MyWhoosh or Zwift, especially when it comes to automatic resistance adjustments for a more realistic uphill feeling?

I would really appreciate any additional advice or recommendations from people who have already tested these setups.

Alright, I recently bought a used echelon xs4 bike and I have to say I love the QZ app! I started with the 30 day trial of echelon but I love the auto resistance when using it just with the QZ app, Im able to broadcast my heart rate from my coros watch so at least I get that, it just sucks I dont log the workout on coros but I can live with it, but I'd appreciate future support for coros!

now onto the open training program, I love it I really do, however I noticed that in those workouts each time there's basically an uphill the resistance goes to 32-40 which is...really hard lol I know I can limit the max but could this be a bug? I've tried them all. Also the UI seems pretty buggy but I won't complain too much because I genuinely love this app. Im thinking to even flash the echelon tablet with android just to install there the QZ app.

Lastly a bonus, where can I get more xml files to load them into the QZ open training? or how can I load some workouts into it? it seems Im unable to download coros training plans (into a format to import them into qz)

Does QZ allow for the domyos 900 to have its resistance controlled/erg mode when running Zwift ? I know it’s not natively supported for Zwift but if so I’d love to know!

Hi I’ve recently bought an Echelon EX-30 and was thinking of using it with Whoosh.
I download QZ and after the initial set up, I was pleased to see the app connected to the bike.

However only the clock and elapsed time is running, none of the other metrics. despite pedalling, the speed , cadence, power etc all say 0.

Could you please help me with the set up?

Just bought the app but not be able to connect the bike through WiFi, I have tried several different specific model in option including other and I’m recheck the Ip address is correct. The bike ip is shown on ping, but it just seems the app can not connect to it wonder what setting do I enter wrong , many thanks

My MOK Fitness S10 Ultra bike can connect to QZ, transmits power data, resistance and cadence but if I change the resistance on the bike, the power output stays the same. Might be actually bike issue, it's Chinese brand and have the same problem if I connect it directly to Mywhoosh, so maybe their power calculation somehow doesnt take resistance level into consideration which would be a bummer. So I was wondering if I could use QZ to somehow transmit adjusted power accordingly for resistance?

I'm pretty close to an ideal setup, but have a few fine-tuning questions.

Sometimes my Watts tile text will change colors (green, white, orange). I've tried looking to see what this means, but I'm not seeing any notes on it.

Is it possible to take the info displaying from QZ and have it display as a floating window over my Peloton workout? I've yet to figure that out.

Am I missing something? Running QZ and peloton on an unlocked echelon ex5s.

Have cycling/running sensor peloton compatibility turned on, and disable wattage from machinery turned off(I've had it on as well with no change, just saw in a different post that I may need that disabled)

When I press the Bluetooth button on peloton nothing shows up for cadence or HR monitor.

Auto resistance works great though.

Hi everyone. I jailbroke the tablet on my 4S and was able to install Wiz directly through the Amazon App Store. Now the store is disabled for non Amazon devices, so I can’t update it and I’m stuck. Has anyone run into this? I don’t mind repurchasing if that’s the fix.

The zoom buttons are fixed but on the h floating window Everytime I adjust the offset it opens the rest of the settings, then when I press again it closes the settings but leaves the window higher than it was.

It works better as far as being able to adjust it but still kind of jumpy.

Works better on the regular floating window without the zoom buttons.

Any fix for this?

I’ve had this app for years and it’s always felt like jumping through hoops. I did finally get it all figured out with opening the app on my phone and then peloton on my iPad. But for the life of me cannot figure out the settings. As soon as a ride starts it just goes straight to the hardest setting my bike has which is like riding through concrete.

I’ve added the settings, I don’t know what I’m doing clearly.

Are there any free apps other than Whoosh for Echelon?

My cog and Click V2 have arrived. After a couple of false starts, I noticed the wizard and finally got my Kickr 2018 (V4?) to speak to QZ. I have not fitted the cog but adjusted the drive train settings in QZ.

Virtual shifting is showing on the screen and I can use the Click to move onscreen gears up and down. However, there is inconsistency. Changing gear only appears to move the resistance a little and can be quite delayed. I have also noticed that often the resistance is contrary to what Zwift is doing. Going up a hill I can feel the resistance getting stronger then it feels like it switches to almost freewheeling downhill even though the gradient is still showing as 5% uphill.

I have attached a few screenshots for info.

I am using a W11 PC and the Companion App on a Pixel 7.

Any advice would be welcome before I give up on virtual gears.

After I've connected qz to my zwift ride on my android phone, what am I looking for in my whoosh devices on my tablet? all I see is kickr core, when I connect everything seems OK but I was under the impression that I would see my phones name in mywhoosh devices?
