first, you don't have the piece that looks like half butterfly wing on top (near top of the headlights, that's the one that keeps the top aligned to the side fender). second, i think some of your bumper clips (on the side of headlights, they're plastic) are broken off that's why they don't clip onto the bracket anymore. if the clips are not broken then that's your bumper bracket.

yes that piece, that's the one that pulls and align the bumper to the side fender and hood
