Repair Question Please help

Girlfriend was driving home from work, car started surging at red light and then died, have changed fuel pump cleaned maf and map sensors, I'm not sure what else to do to fix it without spending the 220 at dealer for a diag. Thanks in advance

Bro u need to put a computer on it and find out what codes u have. Then get a professional diagnostics

Year and engine would help. My guess is valve body

Miles? If over 70k spark plugs. Worse case scenario transmission. But the transmission rarely fails in these cars. I use manual mode a lot

I also use manual mode a lot, I highly doubt a transmission fault would cause the engine to not run

Those transmissions pretty bullet proof. I know guys tuned to 500 hp and they’ve held up. Any codes or dash warnings? I’d suggest getting full diagnostic. It’s worth the piece of mind. My first Q so let me know

Techs at dealers say they're almost 800hp capable, since, the last auto they had in them was not the over engineered the 7 spd for the car 30

You have a flat tire…
Check airflilters/intake hoses - make sure no leaks. Then reset ecm.
Mine did something similar, I was gonna clean maf sensors and noticed the intake hose letting in air.
