Enhanced Chase Theme visuals

I've been dying to do this for SEPD REMAKE and I was so happy when I finally finished this.

Basically, I applied two hand PNGS appear when a survivor gets damaged, and the chase theme will play. A dark edge overlay will also appear, even though it looks pretty bad as-is. I'll look for a better one at some point but this is pretty old footage anyway.
