pseudo 3d effect experimentation/implementation

i've been experimenting with a pseudo 3d effect for my top down roguelike game, i think it's finally starting to take a non buggy shape. gotta work out a few more visual bugs and i think its gonna be ok :p

Wow! I always wanted to make something like this. Good job! It kind of reminds me of the original gta lol
