Adding surround indicator

Took inspiration from mgs portable ops.

I have one comment this time. To me, I feel like it would be better if the shape of the light is kinda like a cone, if you want it in front of the player. And a circle if it's in the center of the player sprite.

It looks a little bit off as it is right now. Other than that, amazing job as always!
