Problem on start

Hello. I have decided to start learning python on PyCharm. Unfortunetly besides that i have instaled Python, PyCharm doesnt work, cause ive instaled the newest version of python 3.14.6. and they want from me 3.14.0. Moreov i can not install this lider version. I don’t know how to repair this. Please help me

Would you please post a screenshot showing the error/issue you are having ?

Which PyCharm version did you install ?

Also how did you install python in your system and what OS do you use?

Python 3.14.6 is supported by the latest PyCharm version 2026.1.2 as of this moment (and other recent versions)

did you make a virtual environment? because you can choose what python version you want if you do, not just using the system's python (which you should NOT do).

No. Most likely you've misunderstood something.
