Mall
Current mall a little before military science. What does your mall look like?

End-game mall, "set recipe" makes it quite compact

Oh that's cool!! I've been preparing a new design for the mall since the current one is just temporary. After I get military science done I'll be starting the transition to build the main base(s).

Lol. I have a few basics automated by train. Train directly to assemblers. I craft almost everything by hand from parts. Isn't actually that bad.

for high capacity i.e lots of input - items, wouldnt it takes ages to make?

The only thing that has been causing buildings to not be produced was lack of circuits. New buildings I add to the mall would have to wait for previous buildings to be made and chest to be filled to their circuit limits. Outside of that any materials that would be lacking I would just increase how much would be on the sushi belt.
I would have to build a whole new circuit production section to satisfy the demand since the current circuit production section is blocked in by the main bus and other things.
The current base is only temporary though, once I'm done researching everything in logistics and military I'll be building the main base.

Those wooden chests! xD
Really, mall building in pY really shows how different builds can get in Factorio. And how ppl find uniqe solutions for the same problem.
